BILD enhanced warranty covers the shipping costs via standard ground service to replace the CellarPro cooling system with a factory refurbished cooling unit during the 5-year warranty period.

BILD Enhanced Warranty (SKU #31497). Our enhanced warranty covers the shipping costs (via standard ground service) to replace the CellarPro cooling unit in your BILD wine cabinet with a factory refurbished cooling unit.

Issue(s) must be reported to and repairs must be approved by our customer support team in order to receive service and compensation under our enhanced warranty. To report an issue, click here to contact us.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

• A deductible of $49 will be charged per incident
• Swapping the cooling unit in the wine cabinet is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by the enhanced warranty
• Leveling the cabinet and related door alignment issues are not covered by the extended warranty
• Maintenance, like cleaning the coils, replacing the filter or cleaning aluminum filters on the cooling unit, is not covered by the enhanced warranty
• Issues related to improper installation and/or usage are not covered by the enhanced warranty
• Scratches, blemishes and other cosmetic damage caused during transit and/or normal wear-and-tear are not covered by the extended warranty
• The enhanced warranty is available exclusively to residential customers in the continental U.S. for use in non-commercial applications
• The extended warranty must be purchased together with the wine cabinet and is not transferable

• Covers the shipping costs via ground service to replace the CellarPro cooling system.
