1. We will respond to and answer your questions quickly and thoroughly
2. We will provide wood samples* and detailed product information to assist you
3. Our product pricing will be simple, straightforward and easy-to-understand
4. We will send to you an order notification that confirms your order immediately after you place your order
5. We will try to ship your in-stock wine cabinet within 1 week from the time you place your order
6. If your wine cabinet is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated date of shipment
7. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped
8. We will send detailed Delivery and Inspection and Order Tracking information once your order is shipped
9. If your wine cabinet is damaged during the freight process, we will work with the freight company as your advocate
10. We will follow-up to make sure your wine cabinet arrived safely and is working properly.
